No Video

Hello experts:

My videos don’t run. Oh, they run, but they look like they’re zoomed in close. I could see a giant ear in one, but I find no button or adjustment to change the settings. It’s not Windows Media Player, because I can’t see them on a Real Player either. They used to work on Win 98, but since I upgraded to XP, they don’t.

What’s up? Maybe my video card is fried??
