First, Its not a good idea to piggybak your question on someone else's thread, especially when it has nothing to do with that thread as you did.. So I moved your question to its own thread in a more appropaite forum.

Second, You have to "rip" the tracks from the CD, then sync them with your iPod. The software that came with the iPod should do that.
