Hooking up DVD player to Mac Mini for Final Cut Capturing
Hello all
I've been working with Final cut for several years now but I've never had it at home. I recently purchased a Mac Mini and I would like to hook up the Home DVD/VCR to the mini so I can some old videos and re-edit. I honestly have NO idea what I need (wires etc). Anyone have advice on how to hook that up? I can't remember |

Mac Mini Video Capture?

Hi, All hard drives in the mini are rated at 5400 rpm. This being the case, what is the suitability of this unit to capture video? I know I'd have to get an external converter and firewire it to the Mini. Also is firewire 400 OK to use in this way? Thanks.
