how to convert mpeg files to bup or ifo or vob files?

You have to use a software program to convert these files. The one I use and love is the AVS4You video converter. I convert all my movies that I download to a DVD player format. You can also convert to other video formats as well such as MP3 player, etc. I've tried all of them and this is by far the best video converter I've found that does not take up a lot of memory such as the Roxio converter does.
