Ethernet and Multimedia AudioControllers

My Ethernet Controller and Multimedia Audio Controllers are both not functioning after I reformatted my computer and installed Windows XP on my computer. I use an Intel D865PERL(if that's the right information to put in). This is a common error after reformatting windows, I hear, and know. Now I just need to fix it... Thanks in advanced to anyone who helps

If you go to the website of the manufacturer of the computer, you should be able to download drivers for both the audio controller and the ethernet controller. You will probably need to do it on another computer, and then put them on a CD, or a USB drive, since your ethernet controller doesn't have drives right now, but you should be able to get them working that way.
