Error installing Hollywood FX vols 1,2 and 3

Is anybody else getting this pop-up error when installing Hollywood FX vol 1?:

Pinnacle HFX Volume 1 Setup:hfxVolume1Full.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x10057935" referenced memory at "0x6f532d65". The memory could not be "written".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

The same error shows up when installing Hollywood FX vols 2 and 3. Pinnacle tech support said to install a Hollywood FX fix, FixHFXVolumes, which I did, but the same error keeps popping up and hangs , which prevent all of Hollywood FX vols from installing properly. I went into safe mode and even copied the program from the Hollywood FX vols CD disk into my PC, and the same error pops up. I removed and/or disabled all unnecessary programs in the background and anti-virus, firewall, etc, but the error keeps appearing. Even after almost everyday for 2 weeks now with Pinnacle's tech support, and still the error keeps popping up during installing Hollywood FX vols1 ,2 and 3. I would appreciate if anybody can assist me with this stubborn error. Thank You
