Adobe Sharpening Tool?

I can´t seem to find the triangle shaped "sharpening tool" in Adobe Photoshop Elements 7. Can anyone tell me where to find it? I see instructions on Adobe Help how to use it but where is the tool?

if you click and hold on top of the blur tool it should give you other tools, one of which is the sharpening tool. Any tool that has a black triangle in the bottom right of it means that there are sub-tools as well.
