putting files onto a ipod

my frined just got an ipod for christmas. Hes not sure how to put music on other then he know he has to use i tunes. I think he arlready has music on his comupter.

Download itunes, obviously. Then You can try importing files, if you have limewire and music on there highlight what you want and then click on launch in the music library. If not downlaod CD's to itunes or buy music from the itunes store.
