initially,i was experiencing format error when i tried to open some files but i tried to format the player using windows, but i guess windows couldnt do it but messed it up because i started having disk error messages. Now, i cant even use the mp4player or look for a possible way to reformat it. i have even tried mp3 utilities disk tool but it didnt work.
the firmware version is 2007/02/14 9.1.51 7515_2.2TFT 2007/01/25
and it is a 60gb
