Ipod keeps giving me -69 error

I have been attempting to download music and tv shows to my ipod from Itunes. Ihave done this without issue before but now I get a message: "attempting to copy the disk "Ipod" Failed. An unknown error (-69) occurred." Now I can download some music and some tv shows before I get this error. Today I was able to download about 5 episodes to my ipod and then I get the message. I have completely reset my ipod numerous times and dumped the data and restored the settings countless times but I keep getting the same problem. Can anyone give me advice??????

Unfortunately whoever first started telling people that their files are bad and they need to delete it from the iPod is just wrong. Here's how you REALLY fix it: Restore your ipod, making sure to place it in disk mode. Wait for the ipod to sync, and when it starts freezing on a song, rapidly tap or hold play/pause until it starts syncing again. Your iPod isn't timed correctly with the computer and that's that's the reason for the error. pressing play will kick the iPod in the and make it line up with the process on your PC. You're all welcome in advance.
