Creative Zen MX music drags.

I bought a Creative Zen MX. I have only one complaint. After about 10-15 minutes the music will slow down to a drag. I have to hit the forward button and it will pick back up and play correctly for about another 10-15 mintues then the music will slow down again to a drag. The battery is fully charged. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

One thing i dont know if matters it it will come up and ask if i want to unlock the player.
