cost of moving a dlb wide mobile

I was offered a double wide mobile home as a donation. It is a 1987. It has a 2 bed, 2 bath. I already have property that is large enough for the 40ft by 24ft mobile. The quiestion is that is it worth moving it. And what would be the cost to do it. I already know plumbers, electricians and my brother used to do it as a living but changed job fields since then. He said that I would have to get permits, and hire a crew to move it. He said that he could do some things but he wouldnt be able to do the moving of it. I am wondering if this is worth it. I already have single wide that is 70ft by 14ft on my property. It is a 2 bed 1 bath. I am also not sure if the septic tank can hold another bathroom. If anyone knows anything to help me I could use the help. I live in Washington state and just would be moving it from one town to another and it would be maybe 60 miles at the most (I think it is way less millage but over counting it to be sure)....please any input would help!

You might also want to check and see if there are any local ordances about any restrictions on the number of trailors that can be put on a property with one septic tank. As to the cost, he's right at minimum with no take down or set up at least $1500.00. You'd have to have it ready to go when they showed up to pull it out and the site prepped for the set up on your property.
The septic tank question should be answered first as you would be out the money and unable to hook it up to septic tank if you did it and were found out. Good Luck
