Children's Movie Title boy learns a lesson

i'm wondering about two movies right now.

first is about a boy who is smoking ciggs and doing bad things and he has a poster on his wall and he goes into a cartoon land where bugs bunny and winnie the pooh tell him not to do drugs.

the other is about a bunch of animals like rodents i think, and they go out on a search for plants to make a medicine for their sick friend. i think its like a cartoon skunk and a mole.

please help!

i just found the first one, its called All Stars To The Rescue but i still dont know the second.

You can watch All Stars to the Rescue on Youtube. I used to love that movie and the part where the boy's "dead" always freaked me out.
