What is the title of this animated 80's movie?

Hey! I saw that a few of these actually got anwered...so I thought that I would give it a go...
I saw this animated movie on the Disney Channel in the US when I was little...about 1984 or 1985.
It is an egyptian cartoon. I think that there are cats and a large bear? I remember a scene with a huge bathtub for the prince that was built into the ground.
I know that the info is vague...but I hope that some one can remember...I would love to see it again...I remember having a ball watching it.
It was comical.
