| What is the name of this movie?
This movie is about two young people that meet at a dance held between there schools. One school is a girls school of convent of some sort and the other is a boys correctional school. the two main characters sneak away to meet each other but get caught. at the end they run away together to a mountain cabin and are tracked down and the cabin is burned. the jump hand in hand off a cliff into a raging river to finally excape.
This was a wonderfull romantic movie I saw when I was younger mabey late 70's or early 80's and would really love to find it again
