    Visualizes/describes home with white picket fence
    What is the name of the old movie where the guy is on an empty lot describing the home he wants, complete with white picket fence? Is it "It's a Wonderful Life?"

    Don't think so. He didn't want to be tied down and wife wanted to buy old house and fix it up. Maybe it was Mr Blandings Builds his Dream House, with Cary Grant. It was remade in 2004 with Tom Hanks and called the Money Pit.
