Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can help me with the name of a film I saw as a kid in the 1980's and have never seen since.
There is a bank robbery at the start in which a security guard is shot dead. The reason he is shot is because he startles one of the robbers by sneezing (I also remember he wore a pendant or medallion).
The gang go on the run pursued by a group of cops ( one might have been a friend of the security guard). I remember one cop had a sniper rifle and I remember another (maybe the same one) disarming booby traps in the snow.
I remember one scene where the criminals have a lady hostage. one of the robbers is nicer than the rest and (I'm unsure about this) shoots the ladies dog when he's meant to shoot her in order to save her.
Afraid I can't remember much more, hopefully it'll be enough for someone to recognise it though. Bet it turns out to be a film I thought was brilliant at the time and turns out to be a complete turkey!
