is there a site to download movies(free)

looking for a site that allows you to download movies with no strings attached

Legally there are a few art house movies around, but if you are after block busters then the simple answer is NO.

If you use winamp as a media player, you can look in the Media Library at Shoutcast TV, and it has a few movie channels in there. You can't download the movies, but you can watch them while you are online. It works just like a movie channel on TV.

Edit: Hmm, a link might be helpful. Download Winamp Media Player 5.35 - Upgrade to Pro for Premium Features There is a free download on that page. Like I said, click on Media Library, and then Shoutcast TV.

Are you saying No to me or questioner? Because i know of a site that you can watch and download movies for free, but i do not want to get in trouble.

Also there are always strings attached = A big fine.

If it's a site and it isn't P2P then feel free to post it.
If it's L*wire or similar then, yes, you would be in trouble.

Ok the site is Free Movies Online - Watch Movies Online - Free Movie Downloads.

It's free and the videos are posted on sites like Youtube so you do not have to worry about viruses. Some of the videos are not good quality but some seem are the real deal. The 300 movie came out on there and and either someone is a good camera person or he got ahold of the movie and im going to go with he got ahold of the movie. You do not have to make an account but i made one to search for movies instead of going through lists. I haven't used the site lately as I like going to the movies, its more fun, but if i cant afford to see a movie this is my second choice.

they break the movies down on youtube to like 7 parts or w/e and such so the downloading time is faster. They use Veoh and a couple other sites too.
