It's not a movie I'm after, but a animation series for teenagers on television when I was a kid. It remember it was a guy who had an alien as a pet, and it was named Blue. The guy gave Blue food, and in return, Blue gave the guy pretection.
Blue kinda looks like the black, evil version of Spiderman with long teeth...
I also remember someting about the media finding skeletons of aliens in an desert scenery, and something about an airplane... there was also another main caracter I don't remember much about.
