    Credit card bill.
    I have a judgement against me regardant a credit card for $6,916.14. I have no money to pay this bill. What can do? Thank you:confused:

    This is beyond a credit card bill and is a judgment against you. Did you appear in Court or is this a default - although at this point that does not matter much.

    The creditor has the ability to seize assets (which it probably does not want to do with the exception of a bank account) and/or garnishee your wages.

    You could try to negotiate something with the creditor but at this point I would assume they are no longer interested - they now have "teeth" with which to collect.
