    Cartoon of 80's
    Hello!

    I am looking for the title of an old cartoon/animated for a member of another forum located in France.

    je cherche le titre d'un dessin animé avec des animaux

    Plot: In a forest all the animals began to lose color and they were very sad and become all in black and white... At the end of the video, a bird takes a painter's palette, and repainted all animals by scrolling one by one, and they find their smile... This bird's colors and because of the rain, they lose all their color again, and they take revenge by giving him viciously brushstroke to the bird!

    I watched when I was little and I was born in 1992 on a VHS recording by my parents.
