I'm looking for the title of a film that came out either in the late 80's or the early 90's. the film has a very large robot that goes on a killing spree in a sky scraper. It's locked in a vault that someone opens. I think it was only on video at the time. Thought it was called vault 13 and starred brad douriff. But I was wrong. hope you can help

maples, I might be wrong but I am giving it a shot here. I think you are right with Brad Dourif. Is it possibly "Death Machine" (1995)?
