i only remember two scenes of a movie but not the name

i think it was a kung-fu movie were the hero has a side kick with a metal plate in his head which gets sliced out with a sword by the bad guys and the other scene is were the hero punches throw a wooden panel and grabs a man by the prives and rips them off can any one help with naming this film?
