old cartoon movie, 30's or 40's

Hi! I am a first time user of this forum. I am 63 and when I was in the 2nd grade (around 1949) I saw an old cartoon(Movie) that I would like to find. This cartoon movie had two groups of characters, the grouchy characters, dressed in black and the happy characters dressed in white. The grouchy characters would sing "We're happy when we're are sad" and the happy group would sing "Sunshine...Golden Sunshine! When the grouchy group was hit with bottles of "sunshine" they would become happy and sing the happy song. These "sunshine bottles were "thrown " by different means, if my memory serves me. Thrown, by cannon, slingshot ect. You would have to be close to my age to have ever seen this cartoon and it could have dated back to the 30's. Thanks Bill

The cartoon was called The Sunshine Makers (1935) and was produced by Van Beuren Studios.
