Old 90's Kid Movie

I saw a bit of this movie yesterday on the way out....It was about a young maybe British boy who turns into a mouse....He's in a hotel and gets discovered by an old lady who I think is his grandmother...LOL...I know I haven't seen it in a while but I loved it when I was younger!...Help please!

I just watched this movie the other day for the first time since I was little! It's so fun getting the chance to watch movies again that remind you of your childhood!
