New horror movie whats the title?

I saw a horror movie advertised last year (or the year before) about a bloke who spends the night in a haunted hotel room against the advice of the hotel owner. I thought it was called Room 418 or Room481... please help It looked good but i cant find it

The Shining?? I originally answered Vacancy with Luke Wilson and Kate Beckinsale, but this was before I researched it.
