the movie is about a magican who is framed for killing another magican and at the end of the movie the magican is still alive and he uses electricity to make a clone of himself.

SORT of sounds like THE ILLUSIONIST...except

a magician actually frames a prince for killing a woman, and actually creates an apparition of the dead woman
