Movie with kidnapped girl

I am looking for the movie with a little girl that was locked away in a basement room/cellar. The little girl does not talk and a woman comes to her rescue. But the woman is chased throughout the house by vicous black dogs and she escapes through the window. There is more to this movie, but this is all I can remember. Please help me. It is not the movie Intensity.

Yeah, I agree that Intensity is surely what comes to mind first. "Chyna breaks into his house and goes into the basement to find Ariel, locked in a room and catatonic. She releases Ariel from her prison. The danger is not over for them, however, as Vess has trained a pack of deadly Dobermann pinschers to guard his property and kill anyone attempting to get in or out."

However, I've never seen this movie...so I didn't know that the French horror flick High Tension apparently majorly rips off most of the plot of Intensity.

God, I am also looking for this film, I also remember, he had like a RV or something and I remember she like grabbed a knife, dropped it and then the guy found it and said, "still warm" and I think the basement had a lot of dolls, and the girl a white dress or something.

It kind of sound like The People Under the Stairs (1991) in a way. It's a young boy that accompanies some robbers that helps to free the girl and the other children that are locked in the basement, the robbers get killed. The couple of the house has some killer black dogs too I believe. Sometimes we tend to combine multiple movies together in our memories and overlook ones that could really be what we are looking for.

I am also looking for this movie I remember the end the little girl was supposed to say badger if she ever needed the woman to be there, and she said badger when the woman was going to leave her at some type of institution. And yeah there was an rv and it was in a forest type of area.
