Saw this movie about 15 years ago on HBO or Cinemax or Showtime. It involved a man and his wife who go to the Middle East (I think). She has affairs with several men and once she had to walk through a crowded market of men who all new that she was heading to her lover. He ends up making her give up a ring…her wedding ring I think. He also makes her sleep with a younger man instead of him.

The husband and wife end up separating. They run into each other at dinner and he ends up assaulting her in the restroom.
