Kevin sorbo - Whos the guy in the right and left ?

I came across this really buff image of actor Kevin Sorbo,and I assume it is from his early days.I dont know who gave it to me,probably my friend did.

But anyway coming to the point -First and formost I want to know where does this image date back to -is it from any of his tv series -movies?????
,looking at the picture -I know that the guy in the middle is Kevin Sorbo himself,-I just want to know the name who is the guy on the extreme right [one with white briefs]-and I also want to know the guy on the left [one with black briefs]- is their anyway I can find out their names -

at firts glance it appears that the guy in the right is wearing the skimpiest of the briefs,but at 2nd you realise that the guy in the left is wearing an equally well cut brief -

It kind of looks like David Hasselhoff to me, but it's really hard to tell from the side view.
