AAHHHH for the past like 4 years or more i have been trying to figure out the title of this movie because i havent seen it in forever and nobody else has ever heard of it...

ok...its a fantasy kind of movie..childrens im thinking...its not a cartoon either..but its about 2 mouse-like characters a boy and a girl i think...the "animation" reminds me of "neverending story" and "the labyrinth" but i know its not either of those of course...also there's these evil vulture like birds that rule the land...i remember that they are extremely disgusting looking and i remember the ultimate like "queen" of these things was sick and on its death bed

i dont remember any plot at all but i NEEEEED to know what this movie is it would mean the world to me someone help or at the very least someone else PLEASE have seen this tooo!! haha HELP!!!
