Ok, here goes.
I saw this movie on Disney channel at least 5 times in the early-mid 90's.
It started out with a boy who was being chased by the cops. He is caught and brought back to a foster home. There is a girl there who he kind of likes, and they are sitting in a tent talking when they discover that when they put their hands together they can lift things with their minds. They then end up somehow with a very rich man who is extremely nice to them. One of them (I'm not sure if it was the girl or the boy) is happy and trusts him completely, while the other is distrustful of his motives. Well, the man eventually tries to make them help him make more money, and they run away. They find out that they are twins and are in fact aliens. They end up on a mountain with tons of other twins who have found each other and have a choice whether to go home or stay on Earth. They decide to leave, and are "beamed up" to who-knows-where. That's the end of the movie.

If anyone could please help me, this is really annoying me because I used to watch this movie constantly as a child and cannot remember the name. Thanks.

Actually, this sort of sounds like Return to Witch Mountain, just with a few differences. Like the kids weren't twins, but they were siblings.

THis is actually the remake of Escape to Witch Mountain starring Erik Von Detton (sp). IN this version, the kids were separated when they were first sent to earth ten years prior, unlike the first version when the kids stayed together the entire time.
