Please help me figure out the title of this movie!

Okay, this is obscure. I think this movie was made in the 80's, it was kind of a kid's movie that my teachers used to show when I was in elementary school. It's about a woman who loses her ring in a doughnut factory or something like that. Then everyone has to eat all the doughnuts to find the ring. I know it's not much to go on, but if you could help me, I'd be really grateful. I'm stumped.

It came out around the same time as "The Peanut Butter Solution." Ring any bells? Anyone?

Funny, this movie popped in my head a couple of months ago and as I googled I found your request. I have been searching on and off and finally I found it! I remember seeing it in elementary school ('70s) It is called The Doughnuts. It was released/made in 1963. You can search for it on imdb.com and that site will give you a little more information.
