Movie is from the late 80s or early 90s. A child on some type of journey along with a mechanical life-size toy that you have to crank in the back when he runs out. Goes to a palace and goes down a long hall full of heads on plaques like deer.. the main head at the end of the hall talks to the child and when the child leaves all the heads start talking. The queen could change her heads. Near the end the child is in a room full of green items and nick-nacks. The child has to pick the correct item in order to escape. The child ends up picking the right one... what is this movie called? Please help, this is driving me crazy!
