k i watched this movie when i was 10- 11 i am now 18 it was a cartoon about this kid around my age when i watched it that wanted to c what a naked girl looked like there was little musical parts and stuff and he looks in a magazine on teh tv and then he is told that he needs to use his mind to picture it and he wanted to c this waitress naked its called The Kids or Kids i have no idea when it came out if u no please let me know!

Nicolas Cage was in Matchstick Men
It came out in 2003 so I don't think it is the movie that Dwagner8 is talking about.
