need to find movie!

i remeber watching this film years ago, but i can remember the name!!
it was a maily child cast i think, and i remember Macaulay Culkin is in the film, hes like 10. i remember a scene when he is singing a song with the lead girl.
and i rember a quote from the movie, when theres a fire, and a couple of the kids go to call 911, and the kid says "hey whats the number for 911?" and the other kid says "i dont know" and they end up not calling the fire brigade.
arghh i really need 2 know this film!!!! please help!!!

Dont know the movie but here is a link to every McCaulay movie ever made, this is the best hollywood movie website ever, you can look up any movie, any character in a movie, a title of a tv show, who was in it, you name it. If you have an idea on how long ago or how old you think he was in the movie you will narrow it down because it lists all his movies in order he made them.

its not there

maybe im mistaking him for someone else, but im 100% sure it wa him. he was the bad guy, and not the main hero..

misleading, because Macaulay DID play a bad guy. He acted out homicidal tendencies
