Film buffs, make my day, and help me with a title.

Greetings

Ok, I'm gonna tell you all I know about this movie.
I need to know the title. Maybe you've seen it...

I saw this movie on TV years ago. It was probably made in the 60's or 70's, and I bet it's a cult film. I remember something involving a poisonous plant/flower having to do with a murder. I remember at the film's climax, two men fight, one is disguised as an old lady. When the hero rips off the mask, they start fighting, and it ends with the man disguised as an old lady falling to his death off of a cliff.

The final frames of the movie show a nun and a priest. The priest is grinning, with sunglasses on, and it zooms in to show his rosary or something. That symbol was important throughout the movie, but I cannot remember why.

Any guesses, no matter how random, would be appreciated.
