Old animated movie I can't remember

When I was a kid, I always used to watch this one movie. It could have been from the
80's, possibly early 90's. All that I remember about it is that there was this girl, and I think she met this boy in a dome-type thing. They could fly at one point. I really just remember the end, when the girl was on stage and her outfits kept changing. Please help! I really would like to know the name of this movie.
