i cant remember what its called

hi i have just signed up and dnt really know what i am doing but i am gettin really annoyed with a film cos i cant remember what its called.

althogh i think its about some kids who have these rings and when they put them together a hero (who i think is played by hulk hogan) comes to there help and they save the day so to speak.

if anyone knows the name of the film please please let me know it was relesed in the 90's i think if tht helps

is it a cartoon or with real actors?
