Can't find the name of a movie

I am looking for the title of a movie -- it is about a teenager who is going to visit his father maybe in Alaska/Canada and the small airplane he is on crashes in a lake. The boy survives and eventually goes back into the water to retrieve several things from the plane. He is rescued but spends several weeks learning to survive. This movie may be a tv movie and it is about 7-10 years old.

The movie is called Hatchet.
