boy falls in love with his house keeper

i am looking for a movie where a boy falls in love with his house keeper while his father is away on a business trip. But the house keeper or maid has a plan hatched with the chauffeur then the housekeeper dies while having sex with the son. the the chauffeur comes in sees the body and tries to hide her. the house keeper is not dead but the son does not know that. the chauffeur says to the boy that he wants some money or he will go to the police and tell them that has killed the house keeper and he will also tell his father what the boy and the house keeper has been doing while the father has been away. in one of the scenes the housekeeper or maid strips for the boy in her room. after that the boy rushes over to his friends house to tell his friend what has happened. i would say the movie took place in the 1970-1980.
