Obscure Children's Movie

It was about little woodland animals who's forest is polluted with gas from a wrecked tanker, and they have to go to find the cure somehow. There is a badger with rhuematism, and a little skunk girl in it. And at some point they have to run across an open medow in the dark and get away from an owl.

I dont remember any of the characters names, or the title, but I have been DYING to find out. I've looked at the video store, youtube, and other online sources, and its driving me crazy. Please help me.

Well, my esteemed colleague Stardust713 will be ever so vexed that I got to this one first, but it's the popular favorite Once Upon a Forest from 1993.

Its gotta be Once Upon A Forrest, since neither Secret of NIMH nor Fern Gully had a female Skunk character.
