80s Children's Video, King Cole's Castle & Frogs that Live in a Cave

Looking for the title of a 80s or very early 90s childrens video involving live action characters going to a party at king cole's castle. They were all nursery rhyme characters and 2 of the rhymes were "polly put the kettle on" and another was "little jack horner". The second, seperate completely animated segment on this video involved little frogs that could talk who went to a big cave where there was some sort of mass frog gathering. Hope anyone can help. Thanks!
