k i remember seeing this movie at my friends house in the earlly 2000s or 1999 but they have no clue what i am talking about. its about this lil boy and he can talk but he saw a cop kill his older brothers friend in a barn and the cop told him dont say a word so he doesnt talk at all anymore so wrote a letter to his oldest brother asking for a book to teach he sign langage and the whole town thought it was his older brother(not the oldest)but in the end they find out that it was the cop u beat his friend to death
