Um when i was like 5 or somthing i had a movie. it was a little blonde cartoon girl with a pink heart on her dress and she lived in a colorful world until something dark was turning everything black and white. i dont remember what its called. if anyone can help me out?! let me know!!!!! ok so I am still looking for this movie and I have had a lot of help which has basically allowed me to narrow it down so I know its not rainbow brite, care bears, my little pony, jem, or strawberry shortcake. she's like an orphan or something and her horse is all raggedy and old and i think her foster parents are trying to sell it or something or "put it out to pasture" and she goes out into this field and wishes on a star and quite possibly sings a song and then suddenly she's in this perfect world where everyone gets along until something bad happens. I know I have asked this before. I haven't found yet and I need to know
