My sister and i have been trying to remember a child hood animated movie that was one of our favorites! but we can not for the life of us think of the title....


its a fairy movie and each of the different characters had wands one controlled the insects one controlled the flowers and what have you but they had to defeat an evil witch that lived in a castle and the main charcater had to go save her friend from the evil witch. and one of her best friends i think was a caterpiller....if you know of the movie please help!
