Can you tell me if a honda vt750c27 spirit is fuel injected or carb

I have a 1986 honda accord lxi. 4 cyl. Fuel injected. 5 speed. The pbmfi red light is on when driving. This is located on the dash. Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

Set idle most of Winter with ocassional starting. Lately ,started but run rough. Now won't start. Have fire to plugs, good compression, but plugs were wet when we pulled and checked them. Acted like was running too rich last time it started?

Fuel pump is good, has spark , timing belt is good etc! Any clues as to what it could be?
