VA Loan power

I just got my VA certificate in the mail. My wife and I are both military we are looking to buy a home well below the VA max of (417k) around 315k we both have credit in the low 600s, not because we don't pay on time, but we only have three credit cards and two car loans. The thing is we are taking up about 70% on all the cards we want this because they all have low interset rate. How good of a chance do we have of getting a loan.
