Mortgage holder

How do I find out the bank that is holding mortgage on a foreclosed property? I know the property address.

Call your counties recorder of deeds, usually at the county court house or county government building

If you go to the recorder of deeds at the county court house, you can see if there are any liens or mortages on the property. Also check the property tax office to see if there are back taxes owed on it
