Mortgage Deal
Can I get a deal from the bank to buy a house and then when I die the house is left to the bank and I only have to pay a token gesture each month?

Doesn't sound like any mortgage I know of. The only way a bank would do this is you are putting a hefty amount down as a a down payment.
